Spreading the word to the Procrasti-Nation

Good afternoon everyone... whoever everyone may be. Well I should be working a mini-paper that is due soon but I don't particularly feel like it so I decided to let the people know what is going on. Now that I think about it, I'm really not sure if anyone actually has stopped by here and checked me out. If you have feel free to leave me a comment on your way out. But on with business. Hmm... Where does a fellow start? Well how about with some entertainment news. For those of you who don't know, Blink-182 broke up.... like two years ago. You would think this is bad news right? Wrong! As it turns out, Tom Delonge is pretty much a jackass. Now of course this is all hearsay but he was essentially the reason for the end of the group I loved so much. One day he pretty much decided that he didn't want to be in a band with Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker anymore. So what did he do? He changed his phone number and had his manager (who was the manager of blink-182 also but essentially he had been in Tom's pocket for a long time) tell the guys that Tom quit and didn't want to talk to them. Pretty classy, eh? Alright, so out of this comes two new bands. The first, that you have undoubtedly heard of because Tom won't shut his mouth about them and how they are going to "change the course of rock", is Angels & Airwaves. They're alright, though if you talked to Tom about it he would be sure to tell you they are the greatest rock band in the history of music. Ok, enough about arrogant, ol' Tom. The good news of this comes when Mark and Travis decide they are nowhere near ready to call it quits. After a couple of personnel changes, we are left with Plus 44. Their album came out on this past Tuesday and I haven't listened to anything else since then. Well that's not entirely true, I'm actually checking out some new Fall Out Boy tunes at the moment. They're different but I dig them. Time for more +44. Aahhh, much better. Ok, so the point of this is to tell you that +44 is far superior to AVA. Go buy their album. Mark pours his heart out, Travis drums his face off and the new guys are solid contributors. Wow, this really just kept on going on. I really expected to have finished or at least moved on by now. So I will.

Ok, that is all for now. Maybe next time I will discuss something meaningful. Maybe not. Who really knows? Not me.
